What is your normal turnaround time?
Our standard turnaround time is 24 hours. In some cases, delivery may take longer depending on image complexity, total file quantity, and required services. After reviewing your images, we will confirm the final delivery time by email.
Do you offer rush image editing services?
Yes, we offer rush services for urgent orders. Rush turnaround time and charges depend on image complexity, quantity, and service type. Rush service charges: 4?6 hours: +100% of the order price 7?12 hours: +75% of the order price 13?20 hours: +50% of the order price
Can I customize an image editing package?
Yes. All packages are customizable. However, a minimum of three service categories is required to qualify for package pricing. If you select fewer than three services, the package price will stay the same even if you remove 1?2 services.
Do you offer volume-based discounts?
Yes. We provide additional discounts based on image quantity per order: 1,000?2,500 images: 5% discount 2,501?5,000 images: 7.5% discount 5,001?10,000 images: 10% discount 10,001?20,000 images: 12.5% discount 20,000+ images: 15% discount
How are packages applied to my images?
All packages are applied based on the image sample previews displayed on our website. We confirm the final pricing and services after reviewing your actual images.
Do you offer subscription plans?
Yes. We offer monthly and yearly subscription plans designed to help clients save more and work faster. You can subscribe even if you have not purchased any package before.
How do subscription credits work?
Subscription plans are credit-based. The more credits you buy, the more bonus credits you receive for future orders. Each bonus credit has a value of US $1. Subscription options: 100 credits ($50/month): Get $1 bonus credit 500 credits ($250/month): Get $6 bonus credits 1,000 credits ($500/month): Get $13 bonus credits 5,000 credits ($2,500/year): Get $70 bonus credits 10,000 credits ($5,000/year): Get $150 bonus credits
Will I see a price comparison between regular and package pricing?
Yes. When you select a package service, our system clearly displays a side-by-side comparison between regular pricing and package pricing so you can see the savings instantly.
Can I add or remove services from a package?
Yes. You can add multiple services under the same order and remove any service tier during order placement if it?s no longer needed.
Do you provide automated workflow support?
Yes. All customers benefit from our automation workflow system on the new CEI platform. After your first successful work order, our CSE team will create a member account and share the login credentials with you.
Do you offer AI or API-based image editing?
Yes. Customers can access our web-based AI/API platform and try two free test services. This helps you understand our AI capabilities and supports our AI-Hybrid workflow system.
Is live customer support available?
Absolutely. You can contact us via live chat directly from our website. If needed, phone support is also available for technical or service-related assistance.
Will I receive an invoice after placing an order?
Yes. After placing a work order, you will receive a detailed invoice by email. We will also store a copy securely in your customer account for future reference.
Can I track my delivery time?
Yes. Once you confirm your final work order, our system automatically starts the delivery countdown timer, which you can track in real time from your account dashboard.
Will you offer a mobile app?
Yes. After completing the CEI web platform, we plan to launch Apple (iOS) and Android apps, allowing customers to manage orders easily from their mobile devices.
